Sovereign Princes

Sovereign Princes (honorific: Their Illustrious Highness) the electors with dominion over formerly independent city-states and similarly geographically small but important areas. Serving as the Patricians in charge of these cities, they serve as the lowest of the Electors, granted their status not off of the breadth of their landholdings, but instead of the value of the town they administer and the wealth they often hold.
