Casimiro is the head staff of the Administration Department of the Accian Military Training Program. While he possesses the general skills necessary for administration staff, Casimiro was primarily chosen for his position for his ability to de-escalate and calm people using his Racial Magic and his ability to manage people. The administration department commonly sees frustrated and even enraged recruits as they are the first place these teens will go when they have a problem. They also often break bad news to recruits. Thanks to Casimiro, their offices remain manageable and orderly without needing security to step in. Even beyond his abilities, Casimiro is naturally composed and sensible.
