Velnurara is the Divine responsible for the dream realm. It is through the dreams of mortals that this realm exists, as mortal minds cast their dreams subconsciously. She delights in taking glimpses into the minds of mortals . If a particular mortal takes her fancy, she may even begin to manipulate their dreams. She cares little for what takes place in the real world, but is the funnel by which the other deities provide visions to their followers.
