Summary:

The Conquering God. This Dark God does not gain his power from above or by devout followers. Maglubiyet would crush any who would stand against him. Through forced ritual, and overcoming those greater then himself, Maglubiyet conquered all who stood before him, mortals and deities alike. Those who would not bend to his will, would be break them or discard their lives. Long ago, before Pentharion ousted the old ones, Maglubiyet enjoyed the old ways, and gained much fear. He destroyed entire bands of the other Divine, subjugating those who would kneel, and taking their follows and perverting their beliefs. He did this to the Goblinoid species.
