King Parsons Sampson
Known as the Pirate King, Parsons is a King in name, but in action he is a Captain, or perhaps a better term is Admiral. His word is law, and there is little written law within his Kingdom. Mostly the laws written are on potential fines that can be placed for breaking the laws. Parsons is mostly conserned with consolidating his wealth, and protecting his finacial interests.
