Louis Chabert
The firstborn son of Duchess Luciana Chabert. He was visiting the trading colony of Anthep in 897 when he was kidnapped by Maris Sissava and some of her yuan-ti agents on New Year’s Day, but adventurers from Team Jellicle managed to rescue and return him to Havre. He seemed changed after the kidnapping, discussing controversial ideas and criticizing the Desperan occupation of Anthep.
He spent several years studying speechcraft at Mulane College in the 900's, hoping to become a influential member of King Philippe De Mer's royal court in Havre. Plagued by rumors of yuan-ti brainwashing, Louis has found his influence at court frustratingly limited.
