Foreign Minister
A tiefling woman and foreign emissary of Oda Clan in the Northern Territories. In 876 she offered a job to a band of adventuers after they were falsely accused of murder by Chagall Kawa's guards at the Reunification Wedding in Sanjuro City. Under her orders they investigated a criminal organization known as the Paper Dragons, traveling throughout the region to eliminate the group's leaders.
After the Kiri-Kawa-Oda War she was appointed as Oda Clan's foreign minister to improve relations with the nations of Southern Pescat, serving for several decades and ensuring continent-wide support for Mother Oda's leadership. Following Mother Oda's ascension to the position of new avatar for The Ageless One she served as an unofficial advisor to Bucephalus the Rambunctious after he succeeded Mother Oda as clan leader. She began to retire from public life in the 910's, especially after Bucephalus refused to heed her warnings about destabilizing the Northern Territories after the Oda-Kiri War. She passed away in 921.
