The Mountain Foot clan

The Mountain Foot clan is a clan of Tabaxi from @tibal that lives at the foot of Mount Pallas but it not located in the city of PALLAS.
The clan is mostly craftsmen, artisans , farmers and woodcutters. Is the third most powerful clan in Tibal and supplies the PALLAS city guard its armor and weapons.
The Clan is located at the foot of Mt.Pallas at half a day from the city of Pallas. The region is known as the West Fall Woods, the main settlement is called Mountain Rest .
The Mountain Foot Clan is a member of the Council of Five, a collection of the 5 non nomadic clans who govern Tibal and see its laws enforced.
