Night Tale clan controls the eastern lake of Tibal know as the twin moon lake. They are know for their story telling, historical records and bards. The main large city is know as Eclipse. the region isknow as the Moon lake region.
The leader of the Clan is a male tibaxi named Candle in the Dark she is a bard.
