Garold's Hidden Lair

A cliff facing the ocean at (2,1) that is the primary entrance to Garold's hidden lair.

Over a cliff looking down upon the waves crashing over the rocks far below, the bandit’s hideout is an extra-dimensional space using some variation of the rope trick spell. The cliffs themselves are concave, and so when you look down to view the cliffs, you must look very far over the edge to follow their form to the ocean below. We did notice some pitons with rings hammered into the cliff, suggesting that they also have access to a cave below.
This suspicion was confirmed when one of our number (Mona) turned and saw a rope hanging out over the ocean dangling down, pulling up into this extra-dimensional space a donkey and cart and 2 individuals from below the eye line of the cliffs. Mona did encounter these 2, and lure them away to be killed by an owlbear so we can say that their numbers are reduced, however this may also have alerted them to our discovery of their lair, and encouraged them to move on
