Alliance of Lisani
The Alliance of Lisani is an independent nation located at the northern reach of Upora and borders Arukia. It is apart of the Arukia Jungle but is still considered apart of Upora. For alot of people, it's a pass zone between the Orc and Human Nations of the world. While prodominently human, Lisani has a considerable Orc population and representation.
Structure
Lisani is a Elective Monarchy. Whenever a Monarch dies, a new one is elected, chosen by the Seven Great Houses, Russoma, Nahgan, Therami, Durano, Hercusa, Remana, and Thakamur. The leader of each house is given one vote to the next Monarch. The next Monarch may only be a family member of one of the great houses that choosen to be king or queen.
The King or Queen is assisted with rulership by the help of the Sundry Council. Which includes the Spymaster, Warmaster, Grand Shaman, Archmage, Coinmaster, Shipmaster, Lawmaster and Grand Commandant. Under the King are lords who rule their own regions, each with their own lesser lords under them. Lords are chosen as the eldest son of the previous lord when they die.

History
Lisan Eltora was found through Lisan's Rebellion. When Lady Lisan, and her allies, overthrew the rule of Zedara and took the eastern lands from her with the help of their Orcish allies. Beyond Lisani, Zhonkar was having it's own civil war which caused a mass exodus due to the catastrophy in which the people were lead by Tharkol The Saviour to Lisani rebellion where the Three Star Contract was made, and the offical state of Lisani was declared. The war lasted from 397 to 399.
The War began after Lady Lisan of house Lotaus's family was murdered at Blood King Xavier's command. She was only two and twenty when her family was killed and the King ordered her to be captured to recieve the same judgement. For what crimes, cannot be said. She waged a rebellion with the help of Ally, Tomane of house Russoma and raised of host of 5,000 strong. While not strong enough to fight the entire Zedara military might, she was able to cordinate a suprise attack that changed the landscape forever.
With war in the west, came a friend in the east. The Orc Tharkol Nahgan lead his people across the lands into what would become Lisani. Lisan, Tharkol, and Tomane formed what was known as the Three Star Contract and with the combine strength of the human and orc forces, they quickly defeated the Zedarins. After the war was won, Lisan decalred herself Queen of Lisani Eltora and formed the Sundry Council which composed of various advisors and Lords to assist Lisani in her rule. She died young at the age of thirty two, due to Gout. Before her death, she declared her heir and the following rulers would be chosen by the Great Lords to avoid a civil war. And thus, the Kingdom was forged.

Demography and Population
The population of Lisani is roughly 3.5 million. The majority of the population is Human with roughly a third composed of Orcs. The people mostly live on riversides or by the coast while very few live out in the jungles.
Religion
Lisani is unique in it's faith being dualistic between the Human faith of Stellaism and the Orcish faith of Dhormagim. There is little to no laws that forbid the pratice of religion of any kind, many people will often take aspects of both faith.
Foreign Relations
While to most other people and nations, Lisani is the border between the Human and Orc world. But to Zedara and Zhonkar, they are rebels. Even thirty years after Lisan's Rebellion, Tentions are still high between Zedara, Zhonkar, and Lisani.
