Hokrasi
The Capital of Lisani. Once the home of the great and proud House Eltora, it's now the Throne to the Alliance of Lisani.
Government
From the capital of Hokrasi, the King rules with the aid of the Sundry Council.
Defences
The city is defended by it's natural river borders and the wall around it. The eastern and western bridge are both guarded by great large guard castles that watch over and can pour boiling oil through murder holes on attacking enemies. The Dawn Keep is protected by an additional set of walls around it as well.
Industry & Trade
With the size of the river that Hokrasi sits on, they can easily build and field a naval port. They're at the near center of Lisani, allowing them to spread their influence easily.
Infrastructure
The city is built with a large wall around it's border that reaches out to the riverside and the harbor quarter. Across both rivers are the twin bridges of Agotha. While the east bridge is roughly half a mile, the west bridge is over twice as long.
At the northern peak where the rivers meet is the Dawn Castle where the King lives. A giant golden jewel that shines over the city. Around the castle is an additional wall to protect the king.

Guilds and Factions
Many guilds exist throughout the capital but some of the most prominent are the Silk Guild and the Golden Guild.
History
During the ancient era, before gods and kings ruled and there were only people, the two tribes of the Hoka and the Rasi were mortal enemies.
