Kaiqonon
Kaiqonon is the smallest of the three Útel countries in Ela'k Forest, the area along the western bank of Eastern Óf from the southernmost shores of Úvelan Lake and all the way south to the Reþokúl Wall. Its capital Anedúþal is located in the southern part of the country.
The culture of Kaiqonon is quite different to that of the other Útel countries, with focus on self-discipline and simplicity in all aspects of life, sometimes to the point of austerity. Clothing other than the specific cloaks for each caste are simple and are mostly dyed in white, black, dark red and occasionally brown and grey. Any sort of decorations are minimal, limited to simple dots, lines and abstract shapes.
