PAL

Pacifica Action to Labor, or PAL, is Pacifica's in-house Department of Social Wellbeing, which is part of the Department of Infrastructure. The PAL is a workforce solution for both Employment and hiring for the vast number of unfulfilled jobs in Pacifica. The PAL works in some ways as a Works Progress Administration and as a Temp hiring agency for UCAA citizens and migrants in Pacifica.

The PAL is also responsible for education and criminal rehabilitation, especially following the Battle Of LA.

Phillip Avery is the creator of the idea of the PAL, but most of the creation and order belong to its director Guzmán Huerta and Victor Vega
