UCAA
The United Coalition of Allied America was formed from the surviving parts of the North American hemisphere and is generally dominated by the former United States Emergency Government and Mexico’s Partido Revolucionario Institucional. The Coalition is a liberal republic nation that states it main goal is to reclaim much of the territory lost during the Invasions and Crises events to restore its prosperity and standing in the “global” community.

People of the Coalition tend to be forward and direct, there is a lot of distance and culture wrapped up in the Coalition. Very little attempt of the state to rectify that.
The Coalition is young and most Militant of the Nations, military service and how it affect your character should be a serious consideration. It is however also one of the richest so a lot of money is often thrown around in the UCAA that isn't seen elsewhere this bring a lot of Corporate Attention.
The Coalitions space program is focused on putting up GPS satellites and clearing debris but is the most advance of the known space programs and could easily shift to the space race for Mars
The Coalition is expanding which employes a large work force but its biggest internal problem is the Mil mascarillas Cartel.
Created by the Cartel War fallout, criminals turned to wearing masks to keep themselves from being easily picked up by the Surveillance State the Coalition quickly turned into. The Green Devils were the foot soldiers of these mascara NuTypes. They hid their identities and performed as normal members during the day only to terrorize their neighbors at night.
A NuTypes generally have served as part of military operations to expand, pacify wildlife, heal US terrorists, or explore these regions for future operations. They have wide experience working for the UCAA military or have been vigilantly fighting the Cartels generally. Though the Vast, dense area of the Americas is as different as freedom.
The USA was one of the few nations to manage to survive for the longest without serious internal reorganization, as it was fundamentally unchanged until the final crises. Having a MIC that is out of control and then being given the gift of alien super weapons will do that. However, you can only lose so many Carrier Groups before you cannot financially recover. The US had been recovering from the poor choices of the 21st-century political ideologies before the sky fall of X'tachn tech. Due to the massive Military footprint, the US was able to quickly secure much of the X'tachn tech and even keep most of the best secrets for themselves. Which would serve them well in the coming crises and bolster NATO abilities for a time. Despite this, the Kaiju Incursion in the Pacific strained the USA to the breaking point. Unprepared for the Higgs enhanced life forms, the US might be winning, but every fight was a Pyrrhic victory. Losses included nearly all the Assets in the Pacific, including the Coast Guard on the Pacific. The US Navy had to shift assets around to fight the OMNI threat in several countries, resulting in more losses. While not impossible, it was a heavy strain on the most powerful military nation on the planet. The only saving grace is non-nato countries having their material completely rebel and form a rival nation, something that spare the US some reshuffling for a time as it was able to rebuild in piece of knowing even its decimated force were more than a match militaristically for all rivals except, OSSI who only attacked if attacked. The Kaiju menacing of Pacific devastated all economies, but especially those on the Pacific itself. This was true for the US, with strong economies of Seattle and California being toppled by giant monsters, only for the near complete collapse of Oil in the wake of Higgs Warhead denotation created an Economic Collapse in the US far worse than that of the Great Depression. The US was able to enact emergency economic policies with the aid of the now emerging Fifth Comintern, VIC, who were willing to foot the bill for the efforts the US put in keeping the former CCP alive. However, the storm systems created by the Higgs Denotation, the raiding by OMNI and other smaller powers, and the Kaiju attacks meant that these were more prayers and thoughts than physical support. The Centuri war again seemed to allow the US some ability to keep going. In Response the Canadan Govern made a great deal of overtures to the X’tcahn inviting them into nearly every city and province for aid, they gladly “helped” as that’s what “Friends” do. Supported by what remained of the loyal US military that had been drive north instead of South or West. Central and South America’s stories are a little different. The state parliament has a set of 5 seats for each state that elects a Prime Minister from its members. The president is elected every 4 years. In theory, the Prime Minister handles the Interior, and the President handles the foreign affairs. Laws are created in the Representative council, and the parliament argues and approves, the Prime Minister can veto a law before it reaches the President, requiring another round of voting. The President can sign the bill or veto the bill. A Veto requires a 2/3 revote from the Parliament, but the Prime Minister Veto at this point kills the bill, requiring introduction in the Representatives again. A lot of money, power, and politics occur in Mexico City where the Council and Parliament meet. The President has his office in Vera Cruz, a strange hold over from the US Emergency Goverment moving to the 19th Military Base in Tuxpan, Veracruz and has been something of a tradition to use the former US Military base in the city as a Presidential office. The Coalition Military and Law Enforcement are often blurred. A strange hold over of both Us militarization of its own police and Mexico's long history in the war on the Cartels. While a Federal, Local, and Military division, in theory, exists, many officers are reservists and many active military personnel work with Local Authorities on matters of public security. The Security Watchtower has military personnel operating recon equipment and radios, while police use cameras to watch the surrounding area.
