Atlantis
The Massive underwater kingdom of Atlantis stretches across most of the Atlantic Ocean. At nearly 7,000 miles long and 9,000 meters deep, the Ocean Kingdom is vast and hard to reach, likewise to escape from.
Atlantians are divided into several principalities ruled by Princes. The High king is elected by these Princes and seemingly must have blood from both the First Human Family and the First Centauri Family. The High King is Currently Antaeus the Trident, he is know for his slow temper but fair hand.
Much like the Centuri leadership is based on might and right, and a challenger may challenge a leader if they feel the leadership is wrong.
Atlantians have managed to tame a number of smaller Kaiju and do a great deal of work to keep DaiKaiju from attacking their home. The vast reaches of the ocean as their home it is little wonder that humanity didn’t discover them in the collapsing timelines. Given the dangerous and fractional nature of the Altantians, it is also surprising that they lasted. Down where it is wetter, Fish People are still People.
Atlantians have no space program. Though it is thought that still have Centuri Space Ship knowledge.
Atlantians cover both the Hybrid Speice of Humans-Centurais but also any number of strange mix of Fish or Fish like creatures. All Atlantians can live on both land and sea prefering to live in the sea usually.
Atlanteans are a culture of warriors who pride themselves on their strength and courage of arms. They are also able to debate philosophy and appreciate art—an old-world blues sort of situation.
Atlantis is slowly trying to Settle the Pacific Ocean but the war with the Deep Kaiju is proving difficult as is VIC's agression and PEZ's own hard plays against such expansions.

Structure
The Government of Alantis is a strange mix of familiar and old.
The head of state is the High King. Choose from amongst the Princes for a lifetime role at the head of state. Commanding the great Legion and organising the defense and settling the major issues as well as directing the goals and objectives of the Alantis nation for his time as leader.
The Princes are members of the Nobili Atlanteans. Their position is often given by the High King or chosen by the Fate weavers. Until the Prince's family is killed, they will hold the title unless it is stripped from them by the high king or the Fate Weavers.
Under both of these is the Administrators of the Ordos Census. Clerks, beurachatics, and staff used to keep Atlantis from decending into chaos every time a Prince goes hunting Kaijus, mobilizing his personal army as beaters and causing a massive disruption in labor and daily processes.
Culture
The society of Atlantis is broken down in several core groups.
Nobili
The "Pure" hybrid of the two tribes of Earth, Centurai and Human. Nobili are the top of the peaking order, expected to serve as leaders and frontline vanguard, the increadibly NuType abilities most have ensures this is more than likely.
The title of Prince is a bastardization of langauge drift from the Princeps, much like the roman title it is similar to. Only Nobili qualify for Prince titles, and the office is often held in religon reference as the leaders of Alantis ordained by the Fates and Elements.
Patricians
This group appears still human but lacks Human genes, appearing more like heavily modified or radically more fish like. They are often upper echolons of society hold the important position under main line leadership. Often try to marry into Nobili families in the hopes of raising the blood purity through dominant traits. Atlantis doesn't have a eugenics program or ideology but talking to ambitious Patricians can give that impression.
Minor Atlantean It is a catch-all term that grew in popularity and hasn't stopped being used, even if it's concerned a little political incorrect or rude depending on who you use it for.
Plebeian All other "Fish people" are considered citizen of "simple facts." They are record but thier deeds are seen to be in service to the Nation and Houses of their betters who are entrusted to see to thier needs so they can perform thier tasks without issues. Plebeians do not get a vote, and have little say in the laws and justice of thier nation, however, they can always leave, few do so, even the oppressive nature of Atlantis and its blood purity is better than facing a Kaiju in the ocean but some do leave. Ordos Census The exception to the "simple facts" are members of the Ordos Census. They are the administrative class needed to keep the vast empire of Atlantis running, while the Princes may lead they need someone to manage and count the money, or keep track of taxes, stores and make sure tribute to others is paid or collected. The Administrators are able to put themselves in incredibly important positions, often though hard work and hard study.
Finally, there are two kinds of religious orders inside Atlantis: the Fate weavers and the Elementalist. The Elementalists are shamans and monks who are dedicated to understanding the cosmic spirits of the Elementals. Focusing on meditation and spiritual harmonizing with one of the five elements. Fate Weavers are a mysterious order of religious priest who explore the possibilities of the great void. P Types or even some kind of other NuType with strange powers. They claim to see the future, and know of a person's fate and "souls' truth." Highly revered but ultimately protected and kept hidden from outsiders, making knowledge of them difficult.
