Pacifica

Pacifica billed as the first "successful" reclaim city, part of the Coalition's Project Phoenix. 30 years ago, the War with the Centurai, X'tachn, and the "Time Travelling visitors" came to a dramatic ending. Much of the North American territory formally known as the USA and Canada is suffering from the ecological damage of the Higgs Energy Bomb that was used decades earlier to try and end the Daikaiju Threat, and the fallout of the Centurai and X'tachn threat has left much of the infrastructure destroyed to say nothing of the civilian deaths. However, time and effort has seen humanity bounce if not back at least in the best direction forward.
The Pacifica Metropolitan area covers the Ruins, starting in Tijuana and San Diego and ending in Oxnard. Connected by Coalition Underground Rail, the city is quickly growing as the Coalition offers the beautiful future city as the primer destination for the three promises of the Coalition: Life, Liberty and Freedom of Happiness. It is a chance to begin, again, and reclaim the Coalition's "American Dream," for all people. It is a chance to begin again, a chance to rub shoulders witht he Elite, and an opportunity to escape the horrors of the 6 Crises that the world still healing from in the Coalition's City of Tomorrow.

Infrastructure

Coalition Underground Rail Part of the USA's last option for fighting the Centurai was to move military supplies via an underground rail network; while the plan was never realized in a way that would help the USA, the Coalition has made extensive use of the technology to move freight cargo and people safely across the ever-expanding borders of the UCAA.
