The Pacifica Action to Labor Director under the Department of Social Wellbeing within the Department of Infrastructure Local Coordinator and Director.

A broad chested man with a laugh lines and deep voice, usually appears to haggard and have bags under his eyes. Works tireless for the people of Pacifica and often struggles with making sure everything is in place. Has clashed violently so with both Corporate representatives and the Mayors. A number have asked him to run as mayor, something he has refused on grounds that he is already working for the people in his current role.
