Shimano Futoshi
Futoshi Shimano
He is an Oni, and a figurte of terror within the Tojo Clan. He opperates Anagura, also known as a 'the hole', a torture blacksite where the Clan sends those they wish to punish or extract information from, along with anyone who Shimano feels has crossed him.
He is a prolific murderer, killing more than any other Patriarch in the clan, but the fact that he eats the bodies, leaving no evidence, along with the widespread fear of him, means the Clan allows him more of less free reign.
Physical Description
Body Features
In human form, Shimano is a very large man, standing 6'5". He is both fat and very heavily muscled, with a 'strongman' build.
In his true form, he stands over 8 feet tall, with rust-red skin. His build is similar to his human form, although somewhat fatter, with a more pronounced belly.
Facial Features
He has a wide mouth, and relatively small eyes, his face sometimes being described as 'toad-like'. He shaves his head completely bald.
In his true form, he has yellow eyes, large tusks, and two rows of short horns or spikes which run from his forehead to the back of his head.
Identifying Characteristics
His Irezumi is large, covering his entire back, parts of his chest, and the tops of both arms. It despicts a snarling tiger, against a backdrop of black clouds and red sakura flowers.
This tattoo is present on both his natural and human form.
Special abilities
As an oni, he possesses prodigious strength, although he has more access to it in his natural form.
He is capable of eating and digesting animals whole, including bones. He primarily eats humans, with pigs, deer, and goats when humans are not available.
Relationships
History
Shimano's relationship with Majima is complicated - Majima is his Captain and right hand man, and has proved to be reliable and extremely loyal, willing to do almost anything Shimano requires of him without question.
However, Shimano tortured, abused, and ultimately killed the Original Majima, and Majima has not forgotten or forgiven this. Equally, Shimano despises Majima's over-the-top theatricality and fluid gender expression.
Shimano fully intends to kill Majima one day, but is keeping him around because he's useful, and the most interesting thing the Tojo has to offer. Majima is perfectly willing to keep working for Shimano forever, but would not hesitate to kill him if he crossed Majima's boundaries.
