Terada is a Jeoseungsaja and leader of the Jingweon Mafia.
After the massacre, he returned to earth and joined the Omi Alliance under a fake name, eventually rising to become Omi Chief of HQ. He then used his possition to encourage Goda Ryuji's insanity, and have the Jingweon support him in his coup, in order to harm the Tojo Clan who he bored a grudge again.
