Spring Fair

In the Spring, a fair is organized where seeds and starters are exchanged before the fields are planted.
The craftsmen and women gather at the fair to sell what they had made since the Harvest Fair. Traditionally, the Spring Fair is more a fair for the craftsmen and women, as winter time is generally the time for making and creating.
Competitions at the fair include on-site sewing, weaving, carving, ceramic-making, knitting, baking, cooking, and eating. Competitions that are not on-site include brewing competitions where local brewers would sample out their latest brews, carving, pottery, knitted crafts, quilting, and pickling.
Other events in the Spring Fair include dancing, competitions around feats of strength, and local-based industry skills (rowing competitions, high climbing [tree climbing based on tall upright logs], rock-breaking, etc.).
