True Lightning is found exclusively in areas important to Freyja, The Grand Trampler, or on Frozen Spire Island where it can be found in the remnants of The Jotunhunts, in the ruins of Thor, The Stormson's final battle with Moradin, The Allfather.
Origin & Source
Originally True Lightning was the hallmark of Thor, The Stormson, but after his death it mostly vanished from the world...until Freyja, The Grand Trampler ascended into Major Godhood and it was reborn against within her chest.
