Ingrid Daenic

One of the three legendary members of the Invincible Warband who architected the extinction of the Dwarven Race

High Genetrix Ingrid Daenic (a.k.a. The Cradle Mother)

Ingrid Daenic is classified as a Lesser Idol, and is capable of granting powers as a patron to witches, warlocks, oracles, and the like who venerate the Alluring Mistress of the Glass Pool, whose mastery over life and death has created species and exterminated them in equal measure, whose wit felled the Subterranean Empire of the Dwarves and whose spells and incantations have beguiled even the Gods themselves. Consult your GM if you are interested in following or recieving power from Ingrid Daenic as described here.
Obedience: Spend an hour drawing the symbol of Mother Opal - a Skull with an Opal embedded in its forehead - on small, portable items on your person while carving your deepest fears, insecurities, and secrets onto them around the symbols as a symbol of your trust in her. Once this is done, leave these items in inconspicuous places over the next 24 hours where others may find them.   Effect: You become capable of reading the minds of those you make physical, skin-to-skin contact with - this effect has no save and allows you to read their surface thoughts as long as you maintain the contact as if you had spent three rounds concentrating on a Detect Thoughts spell. You may also infuse this power into a number of Opal Gemstones equal to 1/2 your HD - allowing you to read the surface thoughts of any creature that makes skin-to-skin contact with the opal so long as you are on the same plane as the Opal. You can divest an Opal of power by spending a minute in concentration that does not provoke Attacks of Opportunity. While an Opal is invested with this power, you throw your sense of hearing into it as a standard action so long as it is on the same plane as you.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

A fry cry from her more physical contemporaries such as Aslauge Daenic and Sigrid Grimr, Ingrid's physical condition is, in a word, plump - a very voluptuous woman whose body is somewhat past her prime but nonetheless well-rounded, Ingrid isn't exactly in perfect physical condition, but is nonetheless healthy and devoid of any illnesses or ailments. Rather unusually, she lacks much of the well-defined muscle mass typical of Dai-Yukai and is instead largely, again...   plump.   Or, as Ingrid would prefer to state it - "Well-Rounded".

Body Features

Ingrid, as a Dai-Yukai, is a towering woman whose body is perhaps more cut through with fat than she would at all like to admit - curvy and sensual, she is a voluptuous woman by most any standard one uses and is overall softer and less muscular than any of her sisters for reasons that have never been quite determined. Her skin bedecked with countless mystic tribal tattoos and sigils as proof of her office of Shaman, her body is a veritable temple to the mystic and seductive arts - beautiful, well-kept, decorated with countless magical sigils and tribal scrawlings, and tastefully bedecked in jewelry, feathered cloaks, skull clasps, and other animalistic fetishes and adornments.   Perhaps her body's greatest feature, however, is its sheer sexual allure - so much so that common myth holds that every part of her body, from the soles of her feet to the top of her head, is said to be so alluring as to be capable of charming others at the merest of glimpses; to say nothing of what horrible fates may befall those who make the mistake of allowing her to touch them.

Facial Features

Her softer and more feminine than many of her sisters, Ingrid's hair is sleek and raven-black with white highlights that she can never quite seem to get rid of - as if they mark her in some strange, unknowable way. Her lips full and thick and often covered in some form of lipstick, her eyes often shrouded in thick eyeliner or other facial tattoos and decorations, and her forehead adorned with a handful of tribal and magical sigils, her face is alluring and inviting while at the same time sleek and mysterious.

Identifying Characteristics

In many ways, Ingrid is in terms of appearance a fairly run-of-the-mill Dai-Yukai - perhaps the only identifying features she possesses to set her apart from them are her attire, shamanistic tattoos and skin adornments, strange two-tone hair thanks to her white hair highlights, and perhaps most strangely of all, her roundness. Lacking much of the muscle definition most of her species possesses naturally, Ingrid is far more feminine and curvy than most other Dai-Yukai - a fact which her sisters often mock her for.   Additionally, while not a feature that non-Dai-Yukai could really identify, she is somewhat shorter than is usual for a member of her species - a fact which is all the more apparent when one considers her usual companions, Aslauge Daenic and Sigrid Grimr who comprise the legendary Warband of The Kingdom of Aslaga, each a veritable mountain in their own right.

Physical quirks

Aside from her strange, ever-present, ghostly white hair highlights, Ingrid's most notably physical quirk is her lack of muscle definition - her unusually large chest size, feminine curves, and overall fat levels mark her as a strange outlier amongst her own people; though whether due to a strange backlash of her Shaman magic, a quirk of her biology, or some other reason is unknown.

Special abilities

As one may expect from a Shaman of the Daenic Tribe, Ingrid is a mage of nearly peerless caliber - capable of casting all tiers of magic with utter ease, she is a mage who specializes in Enchantment magic and is capable of bending the minds of nearly all creatures to her will given time. Additionally, her talents as a Shaman of White grant her a slew of strange powers relating to fertility, childbirth, and the like - capable of inducing pregnancy in both herself and others regardless of biology, helping parents survive childbirth, reversing sterility, and more; all powers that are a closely-guarded secret of the Daenic Clan's shamans.   In addition, she is spoken of almost constantly by her Giant peers as a witch whose mere touch is enough to beguile the mind and corrupt the soul - her seductive powers spoken of as so powerful that she is purported to be capable of brainwashing and corrupting nearly any creature at a touch, to beguile them with but a twitch of her eye, to tempt them into damnation at but a glimpse of her body, and a slew of other ridiculous semi-mythological tales that are undoubtedly false...or, at least, so most assume. In truth, even if they are all false, the mere fact that she is so supernaturally sensual and seductive such that countless Giants going back centuries have feared her so much that they have spun fantastic tales of her powers as a Temptress speaks volumes to just how powerful of an ability her sexuality truly is.

Apparel & Accessories

Ingrid's usual attire is suitably "Shamanistic" - often seen wearing long flowing robes which huge her feminine curves, she often wears a cloak of beautiful raven feathers alongside a beautiful headdress of the Daenic Tribe, skull adornments across her robe, and a handful of tasteful bracelets, anklets, bone necklaces, and other shamanistic fetishes she uses for her strange Shaman magicks.

Specialized Equipment

Aside from a handful of wands, her staff, and a handful of other creepy Shamanistic Fetishes such as voodoo dolls, shrunken heads, and the like, Ingrid's only "specialized equipment" is her own body and the magical markings that cover it - the symbol of her office as Shaman of the Daenic Clan, within which are writ the secrets of the clan's Shamans going back thousands of years.

Mental characteristics

Personal history

Much of Ingrid's personal history is, for better or worse, known only to her - as the Shaman of the Daenic Clan whose duties include the telling of the tribe's history, she describes her history in her own words as beginning over 1,400 years ago in the year 680 AF where she claims to have been born as the sole child of the Clan Chief and one of his many mates at a time when the Clan Chief, who supposedly had been unable to have children for decades, had all but given up on producing an heir. Though the circumstances of her birth are heavily suspect(and she herself teasingly refuses to give exact details), she was born to her parents as a wonder child whose very existence was something of a mystery as her mother, the Clan Chief, was supposedly sterile - a fact which only fueled claimed of her father's infidelity and eventually led her parents to kill each other in a duel in an attempt to regain their honor.   Ingrid, though she enjoys leaving out much of the intervening details, grew up in the Daenic Tribe thereafter and was given over the Tribe's Shaman(A woman she speaks of fondly as her mentor) who she has described countless times as taking her on all manner of adventures to far-off lands and even to other planes of existence - teaching young Ingrid the craft of Clan Shamans and of the world around her such that, when Ingrid reached maturity, she took over the role of Clan Shaman as her master retired.   Unfortunately, the following 1,400 years are something of a mystery - a period of time where Ingrid herself claims to have faithfully served the Daenic Clan(And has the oral histories to match), yet refuses to give information as to how she has endured so long past the lifespan of her species and look so gorgeous and young all the while.   Regardless of such details, Ingrid has most definitively served as the Daenic Clan's Shaman for the past 500 years, where her Generational Pruning programs combined with her vast magical knowledge and mundane wisdom have allowed her to shape the Daenic Clan into a truly terrifying weapon whose population greatly outstripped any tribes in the area, and whose warriors were, thanks to her controlled breeding programs, unnaturally strong, tall, and mighty; breeding programs that, if rumors are to be believed, culminated in the birth of Aslauge Daenic, whom Ingrid considers her pride and joy - the result of 500 years of controlled breeding to create the perfect warrior.   Now, she has continued to serve at the side of her queen through the conquest of the subterranean empire of the Dwarves a century prior to the modern day - a feat largely attributed to Ingrid herself, whose wiles and seductive allure allowed her to notice vulnerabilities in the Subterranean Empire's defenses immediately following a crisis in which the Dwarves barely managed to fend off a Fire Giant Invasion of their Empire. Forming the plans that would change the world in supposedly less than a day, Ingrid convinced Aslauge Daenic to rally the Clans to war and invade the Dwarven Tunnels far below the mountains which the Giants lived atop in the hopes of conquering their hated enemy once and for all - plans which proved utterly genius as, under Ingrid's Advice and Aslauge Daenic's leadership, the Dwarves were conquered, enslaved, and a new kingdom built upon its ashes - The Kingdom of Aslaga.

Sexuality

As a Dai-Yukai Shaman(And a Shaman of White, no less), it is little exaggeration to say sexuality is much of Ingrid's job and duties as shaman - tasked with serving as Midwife to all pregnancies in the Clan and fostering fertility and childbirth amongst the Clan's warriors, Ingrid is a woman that oozes sexuality and indulges in nearly every kind of partner, technique, or other sexual notion under the sky and is likely a great deal more talented at them than any other being on the planet of Ea.

Education

Taught the ways of Shamans and their secrets by her master untold centuries ago, Ingrid inherited the countless secret rituals, techniques, lore, such that the Shamans of the Daenic Clan have undoubtedly kept secret for thousands of years - making her education a masterfully mystic one that supposedly saw her study all manner of other planes of existence, of gods and their tales, of fertility and the secrets of childbirth, and more.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Though Ingrid's accomplishments are largely unproven and spoken of only by Ingrid herself, she has within the last 500 years alone successfully implemented her grand Controlled Breeding program within the warriors of the Daenic Clan - fostering stronger, smarter, and more durable Dai-Yukai in just five generations such that she almost single handedly helped the Daenic Clan become a dominant force in the Aslagan Mountains.   Was the first to discover the weaknesses of the Subterannean Empire of the Dwarves following their war against the Fire Giants, and is almost single-handedly responsible for persuading Aslauge Daenic to sound the call, unite the Giant Clans, and march to war and form The Kingdom of Aslaga.   After the formation of The Kingdom of Aslaga, she once again set to work using her mastery of Generational Pruning and Controlled Breeding to not only systematically enslave the Dwarves, but to obliterate their culture, history, and reduce them into a mind-addled slave species inside of a two or three Dwarven Generations - after which she proved largely responsible for their extinction as a species.   Now, as High Genetrix of The Kingdom of Aslaga, she has successfully created the Varg species from the few surviving Dwarves who faced extermination and successfully helped the thousands of Giant Clans integrate into a single, cohesive whole under the rule of Aslauge Daenic. In addition, her breeding programs, now expanded and given nearly unlimited resources, have now permeated the whole of Aslaga and now threaten to create an enhanced race of Dai-Yukai Superbeings(And a host of dedicated slave species cultivated by Ingrid herself to cater to their every need) that are proving stronger, smarter, faster, and mightier than ever before.

Intellectual Characteristics

In many ways, Ingrid is every bit the Intellectual that her Queen Aslauge Daenic is not - an intelligent, well-spoken socialite who pulls the strings of nations and their rulers from the shadows; a Woman who hides behind more outgoing people such as Aslauge Daenic to manipulate events on a grand scale - that is the sort of intellectual Ingrid is. Always concerned with the "big picture" and operating on a scale that is fitting for a long-lived Dai-Yukai, Ingrid is a woman who is so well-learned that she often surprises even the greatest intellectuals of her era who meet her for the first time - having mastered countless subjects with ease, she can not only outspeak the smartest and wisest scholars of her Era, but convince them of her points of view and beguile them with a mere handful of words.   For while Ingrid is a dangerously smart and manipulative woman who prefers to work in the shadows, her most dangerous characteristic is her utter mastery of emotions, body language, and all that goes unspoken - she is dangerously seductive, even outright erotic to many, in ways that extend beyond mere carnal pleasures or physical beauty; Ingrid, as an intellectual, is a demonstrated master of making those she speaks to feel wanted, needed, to feel an affection so deep and so subconsciously that many are often left wanting to hear her voice or feel her touch again without really understanding why. To an Intellectual, she may well make them feel appreciated and challenged in a way they have craved all their lives - while to a warrior she may make them feel so tender and cherished that they may never go to war again...such is her power, and what makes her so dangerous to the unprepared.

Morality & Philosophy

Perhaps the most dangerous pairing with her intellectual characteristics and natural interests, Ingrid's only morality seems to be achieving her goals at any cost - though her naturally mysterious nature means little of her morality or philosophy can be proven. At times, she seems almost whimsical and chaotic while other times ordered and obedient to her queen Aslauge Daenic - the only constant in her observed life so far is her willingness to do anything if it means achieving her goals.

Personality Characteristics

Motivation

All told, Ingrid's motivations are an utter mystery - as with many facets of her life. She seems, by all accounts, earnest enough in her role as Shaman of the Daenic Clan and by extension the protection of its tribesmen as well as her service to the Clan's current Chieftain Aslauge Daenic(A service which has continued into the halls of the newly formed The Kingdom of Aslaga), yet her aloof and secretive nature has led to countless rumors and much speculation that, combined with the rumors she is a Worshipper of one of The Eldest(Mysterious Gods of the Fey and the First World of Iabora), has made her true motives a deliciously alluring mystery.

Savvies & Ineptitudes

Savvy at being a Midwife, Making others look pretty(Cutting Hair, Doing Nails, Makeup, Etc.), Modelling, Kissing, Making others feel wanted, Playing on other's emotional vulnerabilities, Taking care of and raising children, Playing the game of Politics, Moving unseen, Making Perfumes, Selectively breeding a population towards her desired goals, Gardening, Breaking others down mentally and emotionally, Wrapping other being around her finger, Getting others to want her, Not being found/Hiding her actions, Dominating other beings, Giving others pleasure, ???   Inept at ???

Likes & Dislikes

Likes: When others moan or cry her name, Plants, Gardening, Making new perfumes, Finding new scents to make perfumes out of, Children, The beauty of a naked body, Those who are confident in their appearance, Helping those who aren't confident in their appearance, Being complimented on her looks, Kissing, Romancing Smallfolk, Teasing others who are virtuous/pure/otherwise unfamiliar with sensual acts, The mechanics of genetics, Studying how certain traits pass to children, Being fussy about her appearance, Privacy, The sound of rain against a window or wall, Seeing a child reach adulthood, Being vague and unhelpful in a mystic 'oracle' kind of way, animals, Large Chests, Being attended to, ???   Dislikes: When people point out she's fussy about her appearance, Those who hide their natural scent, Needlessly intense purfumes, Weak Mates, Children born from a Weak Mate, Small Chests, A moderately muscular body, The fact she can't get the white highlights out of her hair, Having to do mundane things herself, Having her height pointed out, ???

Virtues & Personality perks

When measured against her typical companions Aslauge Daenic and Sigrid Grimr, Ingrid's virtues make her appear virtually saintly - an incredibly rare breed of Dai-Yukai who is both loving, motherly, and emotionally intelligent while equally intelligent, witty, respectable, and charming. And while she has her clear and numerous flaws, these facets of Ingrid's personality are not entirely false - she is slow to anger, patient with both Giants and Smallfolk(With whom she is unusually patient, welcoming, and accomodating for a typical Dai-Yukai), and delights in teaching others matters of religion, history, and more.   In addition, Ingrid almost delights in helping others come to terms with their appearances - helping those who find themselves doubting how they look to become confident again while also helping those are confident in their appearance to reach even greater heights of fashion and beauty. To Ingrid, a woman who is so deeply sensual and at times even erotic as it is, essentially, her job to be so, she is deeply understanding and welcoming of sexuality and gender of all kinds - possessing such a vast depths of knowledge and insight into such topics that her counsel on such topics can often help others find peace with their sexuality, gender identity, and more all the while Ingrid offers sensible advice that, contrary to what many might assume for a woman so constantly immersed in sex and sexuality, is both sensible and tasteful while never reaching into the realm of forcing her views on another or without their consent.   Capable of calming even the most troubled soul, Ingrid is a woman whose talents and personality shine the brightest when she is confronted with another being who, themselves, is damaged in some way - her emotional intelligent and general wit combined with her broad life knowledge and gentle, motherly demeanor allowing her to speak personally and convincingly on nearly any subject, and help troubled souls find peace with her gentle touch and ministrations.

Vices & Personality flaws

For all her motherly virtues and emotional intelligence, Ingrid is a truly a heartless, vile witch of a woman in many facets of her life - deeply manipulative, her complete lack of a moral compass combined with her sensual nature means that while she is always careful to respect consent and give her advice tastefully, she is an unrepentent emotional manipulator who is perhaps more talented than any other at getting others to want her to abuse them, to savage them, to guide them or control them in whatever ways she or they desire. Utterly ruthless and utterly devoid of respect for life, Ingrid is a woman who in many ways sees other beings as games to be completed or puzzles to be solved - and is more than willing to subject others to hideously brutal or inhumane experiments to further her lifelong passion of Controlled Breeding, or "Generational Pruning" to her own kin; a subject that evokes disgust and distaste to all who learn of it save perhaps other Giants.   And, while Ingrid may herself be a master at manipulating others into believing her words, into trusting her and loving her with all their bodies and souls, she is quick to discard them, to savage them bodies and ruin them in whatever ways, sensual or not, the moment she ceases having a use for them, loses interest in them, or otherwise stops having a need for them. Of course, this is no big secret - but the danger of Ingrid is her skill at making you cherish her touch even as she ruins you and discards you like a spent toy.

Hygiene

Unlike many of her Giant kin, Ingrid is a fastidiously hygienic woman who delights in beautifying herself and indulging in all manner of perfumes and pleasant scents - so much so that she can often come off as a bit fussy to her kin and others.

Social

Reign

As the the eldest member of the Daenic Clan by a truly monolithic margin, Ingrid has reigned as Shaman of White in the Daenic Clan for so long that none in the Clan yet remember a time before her careful(Albeit cold) hands helped birth the Clan's children and raise them into adults - so long has her Reign stood, that just from the oral histories of the Daenic Tribe her reign as the tribe's Shaman has lasted uninterrupted for at least 5 generations(Nearly 500 years by Dai-Yukai generational lengths) and likely has lasted for many centuries more(As she herself claims to be well over 1,400 years old a truly gigantic breadth of time for Shamans of Dai-Yukai Clans/Tribes who rarely endure longer than a century or two in the position before falling to violence, being hunted by rival clans, or simply retiring due to the stresses of the role both physical, mental, and spiritual.   And on top of the mere extraordinary length of her reign as the Daenic Clan's Shaman, she is one of the only members of the Daenic Clan in memory to earn the prestigious title of Shaman of White - the highest role a Dai-Yukai Shaman can possess which denotes a Shamanistic Specialization in the domain of Childbirth, Midwife Duties, Fertility, Child-rearing, and the esoteric magic needed to support them in such endeavors. This role, so unimaginably rare and infinitely important that while all Dai-Yukai Shamans are expected to attend to such duties and perform them well, only a Shaman of White has developed and mastered an array of magical and mundane techniques all her own in order to both successfully hold the position of shaman for 150 years and successfully deliver no less than 10,000 children in service to the tribe over that period and see them into adulthood. This number, while perhaps low by the standards of Humans and other species, is truly astronomical to the long-lived and largely infertile Dai-Yukai who find it almost impossible to get pregnant unless their partner is exceptionally strong of body and mind. So revered is this role and so rarely does a Dai-Yukai Shaman manage to attain it, that Shamans of White often hold greater standing than Chieftains and often become shadow rulers of a tribe when they appear - as even Chieftains can rarely muster the courage to challenge a Shaman of White who holds the genetic history, family trees, and birth records and the skillset to use them at her disposal.   Ingrid, then, is no exception - a Shaman of White so revered and legendary within her own tribe that she has raised nearly all members of the Daenic Clan in the modern day to adulthood herself, and overseen the mating rituals that gave birth to them personally. Having endured countless attempts on her life by rival tribes who constantly sought to expunge the Daenic Clan's greatest asset over the centuries, Ingrid's reign was largely responsible for the Daenic Clan's unprecendented success in past centuries that enabled it to, among countless other glories, seize the opportunity to conquer the underground Dwarven Empire when it presented itself a century ago and found The Kingdom of Aslaga on its ashes; a feat made possible thanks only to the unnaturally populous Clan that had been slowly and steadily built up over generations by Ingrid herself, and the excellent leadership of Aslauge Daenic over that Clan.

Contacts & Relations

Even before she took the role of High Genetrix of The Kingdom of Aslaga beside her Queen Aslauge Daenic, Ingrid was by no exaggeration a legendary figure among the Giants of the Aslagan Mountains even before the Giants invaded and conquered the subterranean empire of hte Dwarves - one of the legendary Shamans of White(One of less than 5 in the entire Mountain Range), she was a figure of near mythological importance to the Daenic Tribe and to the nearby Giant Tribes both Dai-Yukai and otherwise, who knew of her by her deeds and talents if not by name. To her Clan, she was "The Great Mother" - the Shaman who had lived for untold centuries, had raised them all since they were little children, had delivered them as infants, and whose bottomless magical talent and cunning wisdom helped guide the tribe though its darkest days. To those outside her clan, she was a witch of unrivaled power whose terrifying magical power allowed her to bend the minds of others as easily as breathing, whose skills were largely responsible for the seemingly ever-invincible Daenic Clan and its legendarily numerous and powerful warriors, and perhaps most feared of all were the talents spoken of in hushed tones - that, should one fall into her clutches, there was no creature the beautiful Ingrid could not bend to her will through her seductive and mystic power.   So, suffice to say, as she has become perhaps the second most powerful and notable member of The Kingdom of Aslaga that formed largely from those Giant Tribes that once lived atop the Aslagan Mountains, Ingrid is nearly a household name amongst the entire Kingdom and its populace - though many know her perhaps only by her titles than anything else as the woman whose brilliance was largely responsible for the systemic extermination of the Dwarves, the destruction of their culture, and the later creation of the Varg; a woman of unparalleled beauty who has both exterminated and created species at her merest whims.   None dare disobey her, even absent the threat of reprisal from Aslauge Daenic - for while there are few who are foolish enough to challenge the Queen of hte Giants or the subordinates she cares for, she is, ultimately a known quantity; a warrior-queen whose powers are known, if not simply impossible to meet or match. Ingrid, however - even with the civilization of the Giant Tribes and the formation of The Kingdom of Aslaga, she remains an utter mystery; Rumors ever swirling of her merest touch being erotic, seductive, or outright strong enough(Depending on the storyteller) to corrupt and twist the minds and bodies of those she meets - of her magic power and seductive charm enough to topple nations and brainwash millions. Her mysterious charms, relics of the ever-dwindling age of tribes and barbarians, still linger fresh in the minds of the populous - who cherish her and fear her in equal measure.   Beyond the borders of The Kingdom of Aslaga, she is virtually unknown - ever living in the shadow of the two mightier and taller members of the legendary Aslagan Warband, Aslauge Daenic and Sigrid Grimr. Her reputation virtually night and day from its status inside the Kingdom, Ingrid is known only faintly to those who populate the rest of Corexus - often known only as the handmaiden or court mage of Aslauge Daenic who follows the Queen of Aslaga to each meeting or function, but seems to serve no clear purpose. Only the mightiest beings of Corexus know the truth - that in many ways, she is to be feared and respected more than even Aslauge Daenic herself.

Family Ties

As the Shaman of the Daenic Clan, Ingrid has overseen the birth of untold tens or even hundreds of thousands of children over untold centuries or millennia - making her not only the "mother" figure to most all of the Daenic Tribe and much of The Kingdom of Aslaga, but the birth mother to untold thousands of creatures; far more than even the famously lecherous Aslauge Daenic has sired in her long years. Ingrid, legendarily seductive and promiscuous, has not only served as mother to countless children she has birthed personally but served as father to countless children she has given to other members of her tribe and a rare few outside of it - using her strange Shamanistic Magic to bend the laws of biology in rituals known only to Ingrid herself(And others of her Profession in other Clans).   Unlike many other Dai-Yukai and Giant parents, she is fairly well-known as a fairly doting parent(At least by the standards of Dai-Yukai - visiting her many children as often as she is able, remembering their names, and offering small bits of encouragement that Giant society so often lacks, as her position as Shaman makes her uniquely suited to coddle and reward her many children in ways Giant Society frowns on their birth parents doing.

Religious Views

Like many facets of Ingrid's life, her religious views are an alluring mystery - though she, as the Shaman of the Daenic Clan(And a legendary Shaman of White, at that), has learned the tales and mysteries of every deity in The Giant Pantheon and preaches the religious teachings and tales of the tribe as she is required to, her own pesronal religious views seem to differ wildly from those she is required to hold and teach as shaman.   The only clue as to her true religious beliefs comes from a handful of dubious accounts of her personal life from other GIants of other Dai-Yukai Clans who have come close to killing her as assassins - who have described her as a "Fairyfolk Worshipper"(A term believed to refer to the Fey. Though these accounts should be taken with a grain of salt considering their originate from her enemies, enough have appeared with similar themes and points in them that her faith seems to lie somewhere with the Fey - and likely with one of the ultra-mysterious beings known as The Eldest.

Social Aptitude

In many ways, Ingrid is everything her counterpart Aslauge Daenic is not - Charismatic, Well-Spoken, and Conventionally Charming. She is well-learned(Enough to pass as a woman of High Society), Well-versed in Etiquette, and is overall charming and flirty in the way she speaks in a way that is hard to put into words, but makes those she speaks to feel truly wante - truly needed - just by her words, gaze, and body language alone.   While she never stands at the forefront of any operation, leaving her queen Aslauge Daenic to handle the duties of leadership, Ingrid's social aptitude is, much like her, darkly and deeply alluring and infinite seductive - like the tempting words of a Devil.   Indeed, this fearsome Social Aptitude may well lay at the core of the rumors that surround her constantly - of her nature as a "witch" who twists the minds of those she touches and beguiles all she meets, that she is a vixen whose mere presence can brainwash the strongest of warriors with words alone. In truth, Ingrid's social aptitude seems to draw its roots from the unspoken ways of communication - scent, body language, gaze, tone, and so on; all tools that, when brought to bear alongside her alluring and seductive mannerisms, make her a truly fearsome woman.

Mannerisms

Ingrid's mannerisms are almost universally alluring - she is deeply personal, always closing in on whomever she is speaking to, touching them while speaking if possible, making direct eye contact, speaking softly and breathily, and in countless ways flirting on every level but a conscious one. Every single gesture, manner of speaking, or movement seems almost designed to put those she speaks to at ease, to relax them, to foster trust or desire, and more - all mannerisms that, when combined, means that many who speak to her are left wanting to meet her again for reasons that only very emotionally intelligent individuals can explain.

Hobbies & Pets

Ingrid has always been fairly well-known as a keeper of Exotic Pets - some of which seem almost impossibly alien in their origins - and keeps countless odd creatures as pets ranging from monkeys, exotic birds, rare dog breeds, dire wolves, towering plant-creatures, and more.   Her pets aside, she is also well known as a woman of many hobbies who devotes herself to not only all manner of beautywork such as Haircutting, Makeup, Nails, The Creation of Perfumes, and more but also to gardening(A hobby which she is utterly passionate about), farming, drawing and painting, modeling, embroidery, and more...though her most infamous hobby is a craft known to the giants as "Generational Pruning"; the art of studying and controlling the reproduction of a given society in such a way as to bring about the desirable characteristics with greater frequency. This, ever her greatest passion, has dominated much of her life - a pursuit which has led her to some truly heinous experiments which, unfortunately, have yielded truly fascinating results.

History

A relationship that has changed the world, Ingrid and Aslauge Daenic's relationship is one of utmost respect and admiration for one another - the latter for the woman who helped birth her, raised her, and trained her how to be a warrior and live her life, and the former for the child that is not only a living monument to the perfection of her Breeding Programs, but who has also proved a steadfast ally over centuries and excelled in life beyond her wildest dreams.   Their relationship is utterly and wholly unique - Ingrid is perhaps the only being whom Aslauge Daenic ever shows true vulnerability to, and the only whom she perhaps truly loves and trusts with all her heart, while Aslauge is perhaps the only one of Ingrid's countless children that has genuinely earned her affection and admiration, not to mention her friendship. They are, in most every way, truly and utterly inseparable - and bonded in such a deep way that many assume them to possess some brand of telepathy.

History

Though they are like night and day to each other, and Ingrid often teases and bullies the virtuous Sigrid relentlessly, the two are an inseperable duo who have come to truly trust each other after fighting alongside one another for centuries. United by a shared exasperation with the full time job that is keeping an eye on Aslauge Daenic, Ingrid and Sigrid are friends in a way that that Ingrid and Aslauge are not - coworkers who are free to complain to one another about life, current events, and even each other.

Wealth & Financial state

Though the exact customs tend to vary from tribe to tribe, Ingrid has, according to the customs of the Daenic Clan, sworn off all worldly possessions and vowed to serve none but the Clan and its people first and foremost - though her vows are so ancient that only Ingrid herself yet remembers them. As a result, Ingrid has little in the way of personal wealth - keeping only a small and modest array of items upon her person such as magical trinkets, wands, staves, and other wondrous items all aimed to help her carry out her duties as Shaman of the Daenic Clan(And defend it, should the need arise).   Even after the Daenic Clan has largely dispersed with the founding of The Kingdom of Aslaga and assimilated into its new populace, Ingrid has seemingly maintained her fairly ascetic vows and maintained a sparse lifestyle - giving what she earns or is gifted back to the Kingdom or to the members of the old Daenic Clan to aid them in their times of need.
"I fail to see the reasoning, but I did as you asked. The Unbroken is sure to find The Allfather and deliver him from his fate."   "...We need him humbled, dear. Not dead. And stop being so coy with us...you know why, don't you?"   "You already know the answer to that."   "We will - the day after tomorrow. Today, we don't."   "..."   "Oh, don't be like that...you've done splendidly! The Allfather has been properly humbled, and everyone's all the better for it - Isn't that right, our precious little raven?"   "All the better for it as far as they can tell...and I've told you to not call me that."   "You will have, yes. But not yet you haven't, so it's fine...now, how about a good romp for old time's sake?"   "I'm sure I'll have told you the next time - no. I believe our terms were once per manifestation, and by your estimations we already have."   "Ahaa~...no one gets us like you, raven. You keep up so well...alright, fine. We'll leave...after all, we got what we came here for. Don't forget to spend that time we gave you wisely, little rave-oops. You did just tell us that. Oh well!"
