Content Tiers
All tasks in Citadel Nine, whether they are official Beacon Tasks or informal Player Tasks , are classified by a tier system. This system, ranging from Tier 0 to Tier 4, indicates the expected risk, complexity, and potential rewards of the content. Access to higher tiers is generally restricted by a player's Ranks

- Open to all players, including E-Ranks.
- T2: Intermediate
- Involves more complex jobs, longer objective chains, and district-level events.
- Generally requires a player to be D-Rank or higher.
- T3: High-Risk
- Consists of high-risk incidents, multi-layer operations, and large-scale tasks that demand significant skill and coordination.

- T4: Elite/Showcase
