The Yuan-Ti areas are primarily the Marsh of Many Scales and the Great Jungle of Gerule. Like the Lizardfolk, they like the humidity and the heat.

Stereotype	Why this Stereotype Exists
Yuan-Ti are the most radicalized of Jakular's followers.	Due to the Devnar's presence in the jungle caused the Yuan-Ti there to radicalize. They built towering temples to Jakular's cruelest aspects.
The Yuan-Ti engage in live sacrifices.	The Yuan-Ti greatly value life as followers of Jakular, so while they do offer lifeblood to the god in savage rituals, they are careful never to exsanguinate to the point of death.

Anatomy

There are several varieties of Yuan-Ti. These were largely created through brutal rituals to bring them closer in line with their reptilian bretheren.
