The study of elements, especially in the realms of
Magic, is an ancient practice among many peoples of Ebdypha. Though there is some variation across belief systems, time periods, and languages, there are generally agreed upon elements in 6-8 groups, listed below. Though each element has its own associated deity, the elements have become scattered and spread out over time due to the death of many
Eah. Some schools of thought also associate each element with different metals, aptitudes, and even species, but this is not widely accepted.
Divine
Also referred to as light, sunlight, or golden, that which is divine usually takes the form of hyper-concentrated sunlight with a pale yellow or pure white hue. It sears in a way that can't really be compared with fire, and is known to frequently effect vision, both in the case of short term blindness, and in the case of existential vision, as with the
Enlightenment. Some say it doesn't affect the blind, but this is belief is not commonly held. Associated with
Fallasar.
Ruin

Cuuhuina.
Primal
Also referred to as succumb, arcane, visite, or force, that which is primal usually takes the form of pure, raw energy. It is most commonly experienced with
Visite magic and is responsible for much of the advanced technology used by the

Ebdahat.
