Beverly Beverly is an Investigator and expert in battling the occult.
In January of 1999, New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani secretly hired Beverly, freelance hacker August Laine, and private detective Joe Iverson to destroy the copies of The Nightlands, a cursed tabletop role-playing game, stored inside Masters Warehouse. They succeeded, perhaps thereby saving the human race. Although a number of its officers were conspirators in the destruction at the warehouse, the NYPD at large arrested Beverly for her role in the crime.
