Venus
The brightest planet in the sky, named after the Roman goddess of love and beauty and is the only planet in our solar system named after a female. It shone the brightest among the five planets known to ancient astronomers. Always been prominent and visible in the night sky it became an important guide for seers.
The seers use cut glass dome shaped devices with inside a hollow globe to look at the planet colors. They use a very specific ritual involving insences and oils to get into a state of trance that heightens their senses. With the altered perception of the planets reflections in the sphere they translate the message of the goddess.
The male seers had a different opinion, they say that there are two entities: morning star as Tioumoutiri and the evening star as Ouaiti. It is unknown why male and female describe the planet different from each other. It is suggested that this is a result of the insence and oils used by the female seers.
The pyramids show an very accurate depiction of the planet Venus in our solar system, together with several other planets, some that are considered non existent to the current astronomers.
