She is one of the few women captains on any ship belonging to the Commonwealth of Edria and currently the only female captain of a deep sea trawler.
She learned everything she needed to know from her father. While many people knew her as a child and watched (and/or helped raise her) grow up, none have a problem taking orders from her or doing business with her as an equal.
She's worried about what's happening on the Covenant of the Scattered but with the Kingdom of Lugdia still a no man's land, she knows they can't go home yet. Still, she can't help but wonder if there's something she could do to help alleve the oppressiveness that has invaded the barge.
