Primarch of Otway, Hierarch of House Dusk

Known for her civility and candor, Phara succeeded her predecessor as heirarch of House Dusk after they had succumbed from a debilitating illness. House Dusk, a once literal animal house of monstrous creatures, quickly aligned its focus to supporting not just representation in the city's judiciary but the hope of more legislative equality. Phara has lobbied diligently for a Great Council of Houses in Otway hoping to allay the violence between its people. As heirarch, she has dispatched several emissaries in hopes to gather support for a united city.
Only snippets of her past she has shared excluding her previous family, friends, or the location of her people in Ochita. Phara has admitted in close company that a suitor of hers followed her to Oren proposing to her shortly after she joined House Dusk. Unrequited, the suitor fled the city presumably returning to their people across the Catseye.

Extinguishing the Crucible

Phara's major aim for the Lower Wylds is quelling the continued violence that permeates around Otway. The Torc Rebellion provided ample opportunity to inspire the city's belligerents to form a Great Council. As long as House Ermine blockaded trade within the Marbled Sea, Otway would slowly diminish and starve. Support for reestablishment of trade with Gyre grew leading to the Conclave in Shiftgate.
During the Conclave, Phara was captured by the Jade Dragonate and had her flight feathers plucked to prevent her escape. Her rescue by the Shields of Sentynel has revived her plan for peace in the Lower Wylds as long as House Ermine and their Jade backers are stopped. Phara survived the Siege of Shiftgate and was forced into a deal with Zariel. In exchange for being primarch of Otway, Phara would have to obey Zariel's command. This fiendish bargain expresses itself physically by tipping her feathers in a bloody crimson hue.
