Ur Umuti

One of the five Dwarfish Kingdoms, Ur Umuti makes up one-fifth of the Dwarfish Empire. The first and current Eopit, Ifa Matse Ifamuti, was originally Tihu of Ur Umuti before he pushed for the creation of the Dwarfish Empire and was subsequently elected Eopit.
The name Umuti means, literally, "one who carves". Stone, wood, and metal carving is the largest industry of Ur Umuti. Not all of the carving clans are part of Ur Umuti, but most are, including the Ifamuti, the current royal clan. The head of the Ifamuti, Eito Jeoda Ifamuti, is also the current Tihu of Ur Umuti.
Ur Umuti elects their Tihu. When the current Tihu dies or abdicates, the aojox of the kingdom will meet in a Vionom and elect a member from among themselves. On rare occasions, a dwarf that does not hold the rank of Ojox is elected. It is not uncommon for an abdicating Tihu to nominate the Ojox of their own clan, often a direct family member. For instance, a member of clan Ifamuti has been six of the last seven atihu.
