Tinaul qī Narat is the fanatical and charismatic leader of
Shabai'aith Ptish. She has spent years building her power, gradually working her way through the ranks of the Shabai'aith faithful until she entered the inner ranks and staged a coup, taking power from the previous master, who she saw as too weak to lead to the glory of
Kai Dīnanil.
Tinaul has spent much time getting close to
Kaida naqī Aitikīsh, the current
Kaulīy of
Ptau, to the point that she has been officially named his religious advisor. Many in his court are somewhat dismayed at this decision, believing her to be an overly-influential lover, generally not suspecting her much more insidious plots. While Tinaul does have the prince enthralled, she no romantic relationship with him, nor with any other.
Perhaps the most dangerous plot Tinaul is currently developing is her desire to start a war with
Bikal to further the glory of Kai Dīnanil. With help from a trusted lieutenant
Ptinar naqī Vinītau and the dedicated dwarf
Konnar Firebrand, she has developed a
magic nullifcation cages, in which she intends to imprison many of Bikal's wizards. She is currently working on Kaulīy Kaida, trying to convince him to perform a preemptive strike against Bikal to capture said wizards. As part of this plan, and unbeknownst to Kaida, she intends to send assassins to kill their kaulīy,
Aikīshīb naqī Aishiti. This would start a hot war where once there was a cold détente, furthering the goals of her god.
