Appointment

Typically achieved by showing outstanding negotiation and mediation skills within the ambassadorial ranks. Ultimately, the Eopit selects the Fruoa Zemu.

Duties

The chief duty of the Fruoa Zemu is to represent the Dwarfish Empire with honor and respect among all the other nations and peoples of the world. They will also be the responsible party for negotiating high level trade and alliance agreements with other groups, although often the details are passed to more junior ambassadors.
