Upa Tsinuchim Zuox

Also known as "The Maker of Friends", this rapier is granted by the dwarfish Eopit (currently Ian Stonecarver to the Chief Ambassador or Fruoa Zemu of the Dwarfish Empire upon taking the role. The Eopit had the sword created when the position was first instituted.
