Duke of Wickshire, Knight of Ellina
Den is a Human male, has short hair, and blue eyes. He has some facial hair, tan skin, and a crooked nose.
While travelling Dendrobrium wears a red tabard over his armor. The emblem of the Bravari empire brightly emblazoned over his chest, a broach over his heart shaped like the flower for which he is named. From his black lance the pennant of the house of Aviron waves. While in City, he wears a courtiers outfit made with the colors of House Aviron. His signet ring visible. A non-descript sword cane in his hand.
In Dendrobrium you will find that he is both the perfect example of a Knight and also the embodiment of all that is wrong with the noble classes. He is chivalrous and gallant to the letter in dealings with fair maidens in danger, his peers and his betters. The under class however find him to have an uncaring streak that runs as wide as the world. To them he believes that he is beholden to no one and consequently he is uncaring to many plights, unless they would otherwise bring him great accolades. To Lord Dendrobrium the world is mostly useless to him.

Personal history
Aaarth of Aviron, took Den's mother at the age of 16 as his wife. Den is the only son of that union. Aarth fought a valiant effort to name his son something other than after a flower, but sadly it was a doomed effort as the young vibrant woman conquered the field and named her only son Dendrobrium after her favorite flower in her garden.
Den's mother filled his head with gallant tales of knight's saving the kingdom and how as nobility he was due everything in the world, wealth, power and authority. Growing up with his head in the clouds, and knowing that he would one day ride to glorious victory and slay venerable spawns of Kador, he applied for acceptance into Knighthood. With his Father's blessings and connections, Den was squired to a Knight.
With Orc incursions increasing along the borders it was only a matter of time before Den and his Knight were given marching orders. Their first was to patrol the foothills with the Lord Knight Commander as part of his retinue Sadly they were ambushed, the men either being horribly killed or beaten until unconscious, Den fell in the later group, his hard head taking may blows before he fell. In the weeks of of torture that followed it seemed to go on forever ragged, starving and with their spirit nearly broken the captured men of the retinue faced a sad death bereft of glory.
In a single instant the fortunes of the prisoners shifted as the woods filled with the sounds of birds and whistling arrows. Overjoyed Dendrobrium wept.
The shadows implanted into the souls under the loving touch of the orcs could not be so easily cleaned, the bitter soul resting in Den's heart pushed him away from the Knighthood until his eventual request to roam the world. The knighthood having watched his descent hoped that a pilgrimage alone in the world would temper him. Therefore they granted him his request, requiring that he not only report back to the Knighthood but maintain its ideals as he operated abroad.
