Nynäävynyma is a relatively large moon (approximately 4 times the size of the Earth's moon) located in Free Space that orbits a much (around 150 times) larger planet. This planet, Gellcha, is 32% Vantium and the Sacred Ferellian Crusade uses this fact to their full advantage, building millions of ships from resources harvested there.
Geography
The majority of the planet is covered in ragged cliffs and peaks, with myriad rivers, lakes, and oceans intertwined throughout the mountain ranges. In many places massive ravines and gulleys also scar the surface of the planet. Historians have discovered that many of these are not naturally occurring, instead being the result of incomprehensible weapons of mass resurrection used extensively on the planet during the ancient Zandari War. It is also hypothesized that the massive amounts of acid and toxin is the atmosphere are also either a direct or indirect result of similar weapons in this era. This aforementioned acidic toxin lays like a think blanket of fog or mist over most of the planet's surface, creating a hazy green milase the rest heaviest in the low areas of the planets. At higher elevations, the gas thins until the very tips of the mountains finally break free of the oppressive clouds. The rock on the planet is covered in pockmarks from the acid scouring away at it's over millennia, with surfaces in the recesses of the planet being unnaturally smooth from the more consistent constant weather of the acid. The water on the planet has not reminded free from the effects either, the majority of it as well being tinted green or brown and rendered toxic to any but a Ferellian'e exceedingly hardy immune system. While the gases corrode most metals over time and would easily melt the flesh of must living things, the Ferellian race has evolved to be nearly immune to all of the gases effects, living amounts the milase normally and building everything out of metals either resistant the fumes' effects themselves or coated to be so.
Fauna & Flora
Any plants or animals on the planet either died to the toxic fumes (this is assumed to be the vast majority of cases), or evolved to withstand the perpetual enviromental onslaught. The result is that the plants of the planet are extrmely hardy and often have thick, rock-like bark that keeps the acid vapor for dissolving the flora, and animals that either have lungs capable of breathing the toxins and thick hides that resist the acid or they fly endlessly, high above the green clouds and unnaffected by the danger below.
Natural Resources
Over centuries of rock turning to slag from being melted by acid and then being compressed by geological changes, pearl-like rocks are created that are incredibly dense and smooth. These rocks, known as "Hearts of Nynäävynyma, are used most often as very valuable jewelry, but also have industrial uses such as drill bits and other things that diamonds would be used for traditionally. Much more commonly, the acidic gasses that cover the surface of the planet can and are very frequently used to make effecient batters and chemical reactors.
History
As previously stated, the planet has been scarred greatly thousands of years ago during the Zandari War. It seems that either the Kajithry or the Zandari themselves (or perhaps even both at different points) used the native Ferellians to fight for their cause, and while this did grant them far more advanced technology than the natives had ever dreamed of, some of which endures to this day, it also caused for much of their race to be snuffed out as well as the molestation of their planet as the two sides fought over it. Eventually though, one side pushed the other off the planet before finally leaving it themselves, leaving the Ferellians to restart their slow climb up the technological ladder once again. These events undoubtedly vastly altered the culture and course of history on the planet, causing many new legends and religions to be born and fought over, delaying the native race's advancement even more through centuries of needless bloodshed.
