Vishtar
A town made from the ruins of an ancient dragon born city with a population of 4.7k. It was once the capital of the Samun empire before the Sermaleran empire laid claim to it. The ancient stone and wood architecture has brought many to this beautiful town. Craftsman have worked hard on trying to restore the ruins of the ancient city and were successful in recreating enough to make an entirely functional town. A faction of the guild of Sermaleran knights, The Knights of Blue, is located here, training under the worship of Bahamut and his ward, Andraste. A temple to Pelor is located in the town as the pilgrims visit it along their way to Mermur. A tavern/inn known as Dragon’s Breath is located here and is frequented by many aspiring knights of blue. Duke Iosif Gregor rules over Vishtar and looks after the reconstruction of the city as well as keeping the roads safe.
