The Vale
A monk temple with a population of 236. An ancient elven keep is now home to monks that worship the old ways of the elves. An ancient shrine to Sylvanus is here and acts as the spiritual guide to the monks who are a part of the faction known as The Guardians Hammers. A temple to ancient beings known as the guardians is located here that the monks idealize. Lord Abram Vasilek and his soldiers look after the Vale and help the monks carry out their duties as well as help the surrounding populace make deliveries by keeping the roads safe.
Demographics
60% Elves, 30% Human, and 10% Dwarves. All who live here are considered by technicality low class.
Defences
A stone wall surrounds The Vale and guard towers are place on the south west, south east, and north east gates. There is also one guard tower placed in the western and northern walls.
Industry & Trade
The Vale does not produce anything for the common traveler, but earns its keep by supplying the Sermal army with dried meats and rations while also keeping safe passage on the roads to Drakon, Kaudar, Akila, and the Iron Coast. They also provide wine, vodka, and mead to Drakon, Akila, The Iron Coast, Kaudar, Harkun, and Noch Bral.
Infrastructure
A large stone path leads through the town, traveling from the south west gate to the north east gate. At the center of town, the stone path breaks as one leads to the south east gate.
Districts
The Travelers district encompasses the main road and the buildings that are located on it. These buildings are not shops, though this is where the towns butcher, hunter, and herbalist live, most of these buildings are empty living spaces made for those that need a place to stay for the night. South west from the center of town is the Anvil district and acts as the living quarters for the monks who train here and it is also the place where the Vale's keep is located, looking over Dust Lake.

History
This place was once an elven stronghold built deep in the forest during The Strifing War. The elves here fended their keep from invading Nordgards with the help of Sermal troops. After this, The Vale agreed to become a part of Sermaleran and has provided their military with safe passage through the forest and meals ever since.
Architecture
Spruce and marble are the primary building materials used for all the buildings here, save for the stone wall.
Natural Resources
Pigs, Cattle, Chickens, Wheat, Rye, Grapes, Blueberries, Raspberries, Oranges, Honey, and lumber.
