Phenar the Radiant
Phenar, sometimes called Narra, is a celestine from Celestial Gate. She used to be the prophet in the Church of Celestia, however she lost faith. Her formal title as prophet was "Supreme Prophet of Celestial Gate and the goddess Celestia, Holder of the Diamond Heart of Radiance, the Shattered Mirror", a title she was unaware of before being told of it by Yrisiel.
Although no longer with the church, Phenar is a skilled healer and is also decent at wards.
She and Sylin Denmar are almost inseperable, but rarely speak to others.
Phenar will be lending Sylin her voice for the songs which she would like another to assist with.

Phenar was one of Mariel Issek's captives, rescued by Evelyn from Haven. Along with Sylin, she was captured when pirates raided Celestial Gate and she then spent a few decades on Haven. During that time, she was rendered immortal by Mariel.
