Despite a mammoth effort to defend the planet by the militaries of the Pact of Anfieden, the capital of the Kingdom of Apreas, Avanor, is conquered by a combined force of the 3rd Imperial Republic of Jerace and Kingdom of Apalachi. While both sides sustain heavy casualties, the battle is both a strategic and tactical victory for the Jeraci-Apalachi coalition.
