Beaten down, smashed, by the most nation in the Galaxy. Yet we do not waver, not now, not ever

The people of the planet Korana, now located within the borders of the Federation of Anfieden and Allied Planets, are known as Koranan. For many years the people here were considered alike to many other Federation Ethnic Groups, with their populace generally having a strong positive reaction to the Federation.
This would change dramatically as with the beginning of the Korana War, a war that would see the Federation Armed Forces annihilate much of the planet.

"You once asked me if I have ever seen it, I told you a lie of course, everyone else on this hellhole would. The truth is, I have seen it, as have my brothers, my mother, my friends, and everyone else, and yet you never have, despite your persistence aboard this rock.
I once thought it was an idea, inspired by our resistance against subjugation, a story told to eager children, desperate for a hero to inspire them. But I have seen it, a thousand times over. I watched it fly above our skies not a day prior to your arrival, and I have come here today to tell you the real truth about our heroic vessel. You may bring all your ships to bear, the full might of the grandest Navy in the Galaxy's history, but you will not win. For the Phantom will remain, watching, waiting, ready to strike wherever you least expect. An eternal thorn in the side of the Galaxy's superpower.
