Human

"Most people think humans are boring, but most of the heroes that are written in the stories have a human with them or human themselves. We're important, just not necessarily the main characters!"
Humans are the most populace of the races that can be found in Arrasgoth, only beaten by the elves in number. Humans are the most adaptable and flexible of all the races, often getting their hands in to multiple different areas due to their ability to be and try to be anyone they want to be. There are variations of humans such as Tiefling and Aasimar but most humans are born as human only. There is no such thing as a 'typical' human as they vary so wildly.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Humans are typical in their appearance, not to dissimiliar from elves. They have two arms, two legs and two eyes. They vary in height, in skin colour, eye colour and hair colour, with no two humans looking the same. They tend to be more of a hardy race than some others, mostly due to their ability to adapt to their environments, whether it is extreme heat like the humans of Skegring Sands who have developed darker skin to combat the heat, to the pale skinned scholars of Banshaw Edge whose skin colour reflects the lack of sun they have from staying inside.

Growth Rate & Stages

Humans grow and age at a quick rate compared to the long lives of the dwarves and elves. They hit maturity around the age of 18.

Additional Information

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Humans have no specific abilities that make them stand out as a race. They have no resistances or ability to see in the dark. Some are born with magic, but most humans are born with no special capabilities. They work hard to develop themselves in the ways they choose to be.
