Amyhran Agricultural District
The northern quadrant of Amyhra is occupied by the agricultural district. Originally, this region was dominated by unorganized gardens and vineyards inspired by the naturally cultivated crops of Ohedyn. However, as the population of Amyhra grew, more efficient means of food production became necessary. Agricultural practices developed by Cogys and Morydal were implemented, making the most of every patch of earth, whether it be for growing crops or raising animals for butcher. This created some hostility among Ohedyn immigrants and resulted in an overall decrease in the quality of the foods, but it facilitated the continued growth of the city.
Even with the combination of optimized agriculture and frequent imports from Ohedyn, the city still predicted future food shortages, so new farms have been founded outside the walls of Amyhra. Temporary walls have been erected and manned by Coalition guards to protect these areas from the dangers of the wilderness, but attacks still occur on a regular basis. This heighted risk has resulted in many of the laborers in these areas being those rejected similar opportunities within the city walls, such as those with criminal Brands.
