Skya (a.k.a. Tiger, Ellie)
Orphaned as a young child on the streets of Gaia, Skya spent her childhood begging until Beralynx and Rejar discovered and took her in. Currently she assists the Dye-women with preparing the cloth and dyes.
Physical Description
Skya has a skinny hourglass figure. Her physical description can be described as 'perpetually underfed.' While she has the typical Animan features of dark brown hair, angled facial features, and tanned natural skin, she is lighter in skin tone than usual.
Her Tiger form is small, yet still powerful. Her fur is brightly coloured. Her eyes are lined with white fur, as well as her cheeks, muzzle, eyebrows, and jawline. Her belly is white as well.

A basic tunic, shoes, cloak, and pants in the winter.
A simple short dress in the summer that look just a bit too big on her.
Beralynx gives her a rabbits claw before she leaves Gaia for the first time, which she carries around her neck for awhile.
Later in the story- a metal 'paw' that she attaches to the end of her arm. Used primarily as a weapon
Mental characteristics
Skya became an orphan and was a begger on the streets until Beralynx and Rejar took her in and raised her. Upon coming of age, she started working as a messenger until she was sent to the Dye women to assist with the dying of clothes.

Like many Anisal, Skya has a hard getting attached to and trusting people, and has a low self esteem due to society's treatment of Anisal.
Keeps a close relationship with the Gods, and tries to adhere to the philosophies that are preached. One in particular will be tested throughout the storyline. The topic of killing. With a predatory form, Skya struggles to maintain this philosophy in her Tiger form, and becomes even harder when War breaks out

Does not shower often, but does give herself a 'tongue bath' in her form. Her hands and tunic are usually speckled with colour due to working with dyes all day. In the summer she'll bath more often.

Skya lost both her parents at a young age, so Beralynx and Rejar took her in. Because unmarried men and women living together is considered taboo in Gaia, Rejar does not live with them, but still visits daily. Although they are not related, Skya calls Beralynx 'Granmother Bera'.

History
Skya and Wren first met when they were children, however neither of them remember it well enough to recall. A few Animan boys had stolen Skya's doll made by her late mother. Wren managed to get it back and return it to the upset girl. The memory they can recall together was when Wren was still Animan. Wren had met Skya through his friendship with Rejar. Skya is very untrusting towards Animen and comes across cold towards Wren. She warms up to him as he starts hanging out more often.
They become close friends when Wren becomes Anisal, and helps him adjust to his new life. Skya is still distant towards him around Animen
Shared Secrets
While they are both interested in each other, Wren is focused on elevating his status which Skya understands, so she doesnt entertain a future with Wren. Wren is worried that getting involved with Skya would close any doors on becoming Animan again.

History
Skya lost her mother when she was a toddler, and Beralynx took her in and adopted her before Skya had to live on the streets. Beralynx had actually saved Skya from her mentally unstable mother, and is the reason Skya is alive in current times. Beralynx has been Skya's Guardian for around 18years.
As an Anisal, Skya is paid an extremely low rate, and payment is dependant on her performance. Money is spent on basic needs, but she is able to save a measily amount by hunting in her tiger form.
Skya has a soft spot for orphan beggars that can be seen on the streets, and will usually offer food, and sometimes money to the children.
