Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Beralynx has trpical Animan features of anglular facial features, tanned skin tone, and dark brown hair.
Beralynx is elderly, and it is assumed she is around 60 yrs old.

She is very small and skinny, built from a lifetime of poverty
Facial Features
Beralynx cannot speak as her tongue was removed long ago. Even so, she has prominent laugh lines and crows feet, and her eyes are still bright and full of life.

Beralynx is an Animan, and can transform into an English Badger

Personal history
Her personal history is very much a mystery to much of Gaia. Rejar however, can recall a time where she worked in Clan Toth's Keep. Her tongue was cut out at the same time she was let go, and it is presumed she learned of a dangerous secret.
Beralynx's daughter married Rejar, and together they bore a daughter. Unfortunately, a terrible accident occurred and Beralynx's daughter and granddaughter died. She and Rejar remained close, and Rejar has continued to support her, and eventually Skya through the years.

Motivation
Beralynx is a caring person. She longs to help her 'family' and her fellow Anisal. Her biggest motivation is to keep Skya safe, and attepmts to imbue any wisdom she can.

Beralynx's daughter married Rejar and they themselves had a daughter. Unfortunately a tragic accident occurred and at the current time only Rejar is alive.
When Skya lost her mother, Beralynx took her in and adopted Skya as her own with Rejar.

History
Skya lost her mother when she was a toddler, and Beralynx took her in and adopted her before Skya had to live on the streets. Beralynx had actually saved Skya from her mentally unstable mother, and is the reason Skya is alive in current times. Beralynx has been Skya's Guardian for around 18years.
Wealth & Financial state
Beralynx is quite poor due to not being able to work. She is however, wealthy in family. She lives with Skya who supports the house with her income. Rejar also supports Beralynx and visits every day. When Wren is in Gaia, he also visits and is considered part of the family.
She does grow and gather herbs, and sells extras to other Anisal families in a 'pay what you can' capacity.
