Anisal
The term Anisal was first created in the Second age, and represented the nobility. However, it is widely believed that their greed, selfishness, and self worship caused the race to fall out of favour with the Gods, and they were punished with drought, floods, death, War, and finally ignored and abandoned after the 99 year War. The working class outnumbered the nobility, and with help from the church the Anisal were overthrown. They were shunned from society until they pledged their servitude to the Gods. This created the caste system seen in current times.
Each Anisal is identified with a branded mark on the left shoulderblade. In Spieret, they are also branded on their hands. In Geia, only the right hand is branded. The left hand is branded in Iera. They usually occupy dirty, low class jobs and are sequestered to the slums. They have limited mobility, and are not allowed in Castles or Halls without permission. They are also not allowed to leave their Kingdom without permission, and instead must serve in the location of birth for their entire lives.
