Yash Bayakar Mountain Range
Also called the Sunset Mountains, Yash Bayakar is considered the western border of both the Batsalian Union and Mornalith, though both nations have technically expanded farther west to the south and north of the mountain range, respectively.
The mountains are legendarily inhospitable, and virtually no valuable resources have been found or extricated from them. A fairly large pass called the Mouth exists near the middle of the range, but it is home to the two fortresses, Forh Vylkun and Forh Rheodzah, held by a mysterious people called the Sithindadri, who seem to have no other purpose beyond defending the Mouth from passage.
