Scattarax Hills
The southeastern range of the Sunstones, currently held by the Consulate of Laizhou. The Scattarax were an object of perpetual war for centuries, as Laizhou sought to wrest control of the hills and their ores from Suna. They would eventually control all of Suna for long years, before the Batsalian Union returned the westernmost hills to the Colonials.
To date, The Scattarax have yielded none of the magics found in the Kynaji mountains, but great amounts of gold, silver, and iron have been harvested from them.
