Prince Sammis Ainros
Younger brother to Gwynt the Ghastly.
Sammis served as Mox Master to King Gwynt for a time, and was a chief combatant in the Witches' War against their sister, Princess Aedein "the Witch Queen of Malbrand."
Sammis was wed to Bellana Beth, after his brother first wooed then rejected her. Their first two sons, Sammil and Aarthur, died mysteriously in the Witches' War. After the Fall of Ainros, Sammis and Bellana would move to Revelback, where they had another son Tadag and two daughters, Serene and Dinelle.
Remarkably, Sammis was slain during the Winter Riots of 935 RA, at the age of fifty, in full armor, defending a small hostel from looters.
