The largest sect of the Azaradi faith. Like all sects of the faith, the Church of Disorder believes in the Eternal Realm, and the diei that seek to extract chaos from our world and replace it with order from theirs, which manifests in good fortune and general morality. Like most sects, the Church of Disorder also believes that we mortals hold some responsibility to facilitate this process, and that we must act and pray in ways that foster order in the Mortal Plain.
The Church of Disorder believes that the best way to attract the attention of benign fortune is to tempt diei with disorder. That is, producing dense amounts of chaos will draw the attention of the diei and help guide them to where their control and order are needed. This produces a paradox. As mortals, we wish to create more order, yet only by creating some chaos can we compel the diei to take chaos from our world. This is called the First Contradiction. Devouts of the Church of Disorder seek ways to introduce intense but relatively benign chaos into their lives. For most people, this manifests in minor acts of spontaneity, usually moral acts that they do not necessarily feel the impulse to perform.
Naturally, this belief can be difficult for some to hold, and there are those who became extraordinarily chaotic in the hopes of attracting order.
